Starting Pilates with Jenny on Thursdays changed my life. Haven't felt as fit in years. Everything is tailored to my physical limitations which is particularly welcome. Margot H

If you get the opportunity to attend any of Jenny’s classes grab it with both hands.  She is an excellent teacher, highly knowledgeable and explains the exercises clearly and concisely.  Match these qualities with classes that are fun and challenging and you’ve got a great mix.  You will leave her classes feeling refreshed, energised and invigorated.  Nicky P

I was looking to start Pilates and a friend recommended Jenny. I started 1-1 sessions six years ago and loved it! Pilates was quite unlike any exercise I had tried previously, and Jenny has always been welcoming and positive in her approach. Soon after starting I decided to train to become a Pilates teacher myself and as the regional coordinator for Scotland, I had expert guidance from Jenny, preparing me for my teacher training. 
Jenny played a crucial role in me qualifying as a Body Control Pilates teacher. As my supervising teacher she guided me through the process and also aided me as I continued my private sessions for my own benefit too. 
I also continued Pilates classes with Jenny throughout my whole pregnancy and recovery. 
I still attend 1-1 sessions with Jenny mostly on studio equipment as I prepare to teach that myself. 
Jenny has always been kind and friendly and helped me hugely on my Pilates journey, for which I am extremely grateful.

I started Pilates classes with Jenny to help with a hip problem prior to the Edinburgh Moonwalk.  Pilates fixed the problem and I completed the Moonwalk, back in 2008!  I have been going to classes ever since and Jenny has always found new and interesting ways for me to exercise to maintain flexibility and build strength.  I have no hesitation in recommending her. Golf has been a lifelong passion of mine, and having been an advocate of your Pilates for Golfers classes for many years, I truly believe that a big part of my longevity in national and international competitive golf is due to the physical and mindset benefits that Pilates provides. When you compare the physical demands that the golf swing puts on the body, in my opinion the strength and mobility attributes that Pilates offers are a perfect match.
